Delivery conditons


SELLER AGREES:
- Deliver the right kind and quantity of goods, as stated at the time of the order of the ordering customer in the agreed price
- Adequately pack and ship the goods within the agreed period. In the event that certain goods not in stock will be delivered as soon as possible, excluding the postage
- Issue and attach an invoice as a tax document
Seller reserves the right to change prices without prior notice, except for the orders that have already been taken. All products prices include VAT.
 
BUYER AGREES:
- Take merchandise
- To pay for the merchandise negotiated price


COMPLAINTS:
Complaints are dealt with by telephone - on weekdays 8:00 to 15:00 at the telephone number 0903 777 561 or e-mail (reklamacie@tachyonsupplement.eu) or mail to our address. The method of returning the goods must be discussed in the complaint. After the claim money will be returned to the account from which payment was made.
